This place is consistent. The pasta, honestly, very honestly and I don't know how, but I can't deny it, is exceptional and probably the best I have ever had. Go for the pink sauce, it has a very well cooked sauce, with a lovely kick of spice to balance out the cheese, all in the right pasta choice of fusilli. The lamb pasta is also very good, with a generous helping of lamb mince. The sandwiches are also really good. Portions are solid, prices are just superb, definitely worth it. I have gone here many times and it is always consistently good in taste. But when I say consistent, they are also consistent in their service being average, water is not served, menus are not handed out etc. Have to give it a 5 though despite that because this pasta is just so good that I will keep returning. Caffe Allora at Phoenix Palladium has a cozy, comforting vibe — perfect for catching up with friends or simply unwinding with good food and a beer. I’ve been here on multiple occasions, and here’s some of the food I’ve tried: Chicken Parmesan – perfectly cooked, cheesy, and full of flavour. Spaghetti Aglio Olio – simple, classic, and done just right. Cheesy Garlic Pizzetta – essentially your classic garlic bread in a new format; not something I’d personally order again. Quattro Formaggi Pizza – honestly, one of the best four-cheese pizzas I’ve had in Mumbai. Pollo Pesto Pizza – a pleasant surprise! The pesto adds a nice freshness, and the chicken was tender and well-seasoned. Pollo Picante Pizza – a must-try, with grilled chicken, capers, and olives in a spicy tomato sauce. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone craving truly authentic pizza — thin crust, a great cheese blend, and that unmistakable Italian aroma. Almost every pizza here is an easy 10/10. Oh, and I always pair my food with a glass of perfectly chilled beer! The overall ambiance feels warm and welcoming. The service is always polite, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. I also appreciate that they employ individuals with speech disabilities — it’s handled with quiet dignity and reflects well on their inclusive approach.
