I visited this café with my friends to try some authentic pizza and pasta, but the experience was quite average.We ordered Spaghetti Aglio Olio, which was served cold and tasted just okay. I’d rate it 2.5/5.For pizza, we tried the Pollo Pepperoni. The flavours were decent but not impressive enough, and it definitely needed more chicken for the price. I’d give it 2.9/5.We also tried their Beer Shandy cocktail, which was actually good — 3/5.When it comes to service, I’d rate it 2.5/5. The tables weren’t organised, basic cruets were missing, and when we asked for pizza recommendations, the staff simply told us to “check online,” which didn’t feel helpful at all.The ambience is nice, but unfortunately, ambience alone can’t justify the taste and value of the food. With better service, warmer food, and more generous toppings, this place could definitely improve.

Caffe Allora at Phoenix Palladium has a cozy, comforting vibe — perfect for catching up with friends or simply unwinding with good food and a beer. I’ve been here on multiple occasions, and here’s some of the food I’ve tried: Chicken Parmesan – perfectly cooked, cheesy, and full of flavour. Spaghetti Aglio Olio – simple, classic, and done just right. Cheesy Garlic Pizzetta – essentially your classic garlic bread in a new format; not something I’d personally order again. Quattro Formaggi Pizza – honestly, one of the best four-cheese pizzas I’ve had in Mumbai. Pollo Pesto Pizza – a pleasant surprise! The pesto adds a nice freshness, and the chicken was tender and well-seasoned. Pollo Picante Pizza – a must-try, with grilled chicken, capers, and olives in a spicy tomato sauce. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone craving truly authentic pizza — thin crust, a great cheese blend, and that unmistakable Italian aroma. Almost every pizza here is an easy 10/10. Oh, and I always pair my food with a glass of perfectly chilled beer! The overall ambiance feels warm and welcoming. The service is always polite, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. I also appreciate that they employ individuals with speech disabilities — it’s handled with quiet dignity and reflects well on their inclusive approach.
