Visited Altitude Ball In Ball Out recently and had a mixed experience. There was a Buy 1 Get 1 offer on all games, but it required us to activate the card first. Unfortunately, the staff standing right in front of us didn’t inform us about this, which was quite disappointing. It would really help if the staff were better trained and more proactive in communicating such details. That said, the owner was very kind and helpful she understood the situation and even reversed the charges for us. Because of his gesture, we’d definitely love to visit again. Hoping for a smoother experience next time! Service: 1 Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400
