The attender( lady) was very rude when we asked for a cup of hot water since we ordered espresso . Her attitude was really bad . Service: 1

Pathetic. We ordered two iced cappuccinos and what we got was 70% ice and a bit coffee. If we took away the ice, I think the glass might be empty. That’s how pathetic the coffee was. Have never had such bad experience from Cafe coffee day..! Not sure whether it was a one time issue or not, but wouldn’t go back considering the amount we pat for it.
