Their reservation policy is shitty. They don't mention anywhere for prior reservation. Then when we reserved on the spot, they said the slot is already booked by someone else. On asking why was it showing available to us if it's already booked, the staff had no answer. Later the staff asked us to wait for 35 min. We didn't get a table even after waiting for 50 min. Staff was arrogant too.

I can’t stop speaking of how soulful the experience was. The vibe, fresh flowers, Ghazal, THE FOOD everything was just the best. The National dish of Palestine Muhammara was delicious everything about this cafe is just soothing and blissful loved it.. way better authenticity and full of flavours than kebabci.. The best cafe in Bangalore with no doubts or second thoughts.

I've tried arabic food from mainly two different states, and this places comes closest to proper arabic food. The atmosphere, the food, the service, all top notch. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Kunafa
