I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at Cafe Wox on January 28, 2024. While there were some positives, I did encounter a few concerning issues that I wish to bring to your attention in hopes of improving the customer experience. My party ordered the barbecue pizza, chocolate brownie, and cappuccino. Unfortunately, the food and beverage quality did not meet expectations. The pizza was average at best and took over 40 minutes to be served. The so-called "brownie" was merely chocolate cake. Most troubling was the cappuccino, which arrived lukewarm despite the extensive wait. Additionally, the pastries were unremarkable. On the positive side, the service staff were pleasant and attentive. However, they appeared understaffed, contributing to the delays. I have fond memories of previous visits when management may have been different. The decline in food, beverage, and service is disappointing. I share this strictly as constructive feedback from one customer's sole recent experience. I hope these specific concerns can be addressed to improve overall customer satisfaction.
