I can’t thank Cafe Roam Wild enough for their amazing service! It was late at night, and I needed a birthday brownie for my friend. I visited this restaurant based on its high ratings and glowing reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. Service: Upon arrival, we waited for someone to take our order, but no one approached us. We had to give our order at the reception 2. Food Quality: We ordered the Devil Momos and Hot and Sour Soup. Both dishes were served cold, and the soup was excessively salty, making it barely edible. 3. Attention to Details: Although there were two of us, we were given only one plate. When we requested an additional plate, the server never returned to fulfill the request. The lack of basic service and subpar food quality left us disappointed, and we decided to leave within 30 minutes. This experience was a stark contrast to the positive reviews we had read. I hope the management takes note and addresses these issues. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Hi himanshu, We regret you had an unpleasant experience with us. We do not take orders on the tables, we have our kitchen on the separate floor and just 1 member manages everything at the main cafe floor. Just to make sure there is someone to attend the guests at the counter we take orders at the counter only & It is same for all our customers. In such a case, we first apologise if the food was served cold. Secondly, we wouldn’t have ever said no if you brought this issue up. We would have simply heated the food again. But we still accept our fault! We regret that we didnt meet your expectations. And thank you for taking out time and putting up this review.
