READ THIS BEFORE JOINING — Don’t Be Misled by Old Ratings I feel it’s important to share an honest perspective, especially for anyone considering this gym based on its glowing reviews. The truth is: those ratings are the result of the dedication, service, and excellence of the previous team — not the current management. This gym used to stand for luxury, professionalism, and a premium experience. But ever since it was taken over by Cult, that standard has drastically declined. The new management has not only failed to maintain the quality but has also created a toxic and unwelcoming environment — especially for those connected to the former staff. One particularly unpleasant experience was with a staff member named Aïcha, who acted unprofessionally and personally targeted a former employee — going so far as to threaten her for simply being present in the public café space. When I followed up to understand the situation, I was hung up on and completely disregarded during a personal visit. It was shocking and disappointing behavior from someone supposed to represent a reputed brand. The property itself is in poor condition — old infrastructure, leaky ceilings during the rains, and barely any attention paid to upkeep. Sadly, the current team shows little care or accountability. Let’s be clear: this gym is riding on the reputation built by the former team, who are no longer here. Many long-time members have already left, and for good reason. If you're expecting the same luxury experience this place was once known for, you’ll be disappointed. I've been to other Cult branches and had great experiences — but this location is an exception in the worst way. There are now far better gyms in the area with newer facilities and more respectful, professional staff. Don’t be fooled by the old reviews — the soul of this gym left when the original team did.
