I used to visit cafe noir a lot because I liked the food. On my last visit, I found myself chewing on a rubber band. It was inside the falafel. While this kind of mistake is unacceptable from a place like this. Unfortunately the manager showed no intent to even make up for it and kept smiling the whole time as if this was something very small.. they lost a loyal customer. Watch out for rubber band in your next meal at cafe noir
