The service needs to be streamlined. The servers need to be cleanly dressed. I don't want to see people with spoiled clothes serving me. Hygiene becomes a concern.

One of the most tasteless pizzas I've ever had. The pizza sauce is just tomato puree to begin with. Absolutely unappetising. Don't fall for the traditional/authentic vibe because this is not it, just extremely overhyped. Honestly ruined a good rainy night with their disappointing excuse for a pizza.
