This is the greatest spot near National Handicrafts and Handlooms Museum. Clients state that they like the menu of Indian cuisine here. Nothing can be better than eating perfectly cooked chaat, coconut chicken and chicken biryani. To taste good jalebi, apple cheesecakes and mango dessert is a truly nice idea. You will hardly forget delicious cordial, indian wine or bitter that you can try. This place is famous for great masala chai, cold coffee or fresh juices.

Cafe Lota is a beautiful celebration of regional Indian flavours done right. Tried the Palak Patta Chaat, Banarasi Tamatar Chaat, Mahabaleshwari Corn Pattice, and the Himachali Thali (with Siddu), and every dish stood out with its authenticity and balance of flavours. The chaats were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly spiced, while the corn pattice was crisp and comforting. The Himachali thali was the highlight—simple, soulful, and true to its roots, with the Siddu being especially delightful. Finished the meal with a refreshing Kokum Sharbat, which was just perfect.Consistently good food, thoughtful presentation, and a calm, welcoming ambience make Cafe Lota a must-visit for anyone who appreciates traditional Indian cuisine served with finesse.

Cafe Lota is a great place to unwind, slow down and enjoy some tasty food. It is also perfect for a date or to take your friends and family. The ambience is lovely, given that it is situated in the national crafts museum compound. It is lively and open, giving it a cozy feel. We ordered the Palak Patta Chaat, Dahi Vada and Rava idli. All items were delicious and fresh. It is a bit on the pricey side, but great if you want to indulge a little bit. I would highly recommend visiting this place, and also will visit again .
