This is the greatest spot near National Handicrafts and Handlooms Museum. Clients state that they like the menu of Indian cuisine here. Cafe Lota avoids the typical heavy gravies and instead offers a light, fresh, and contemporary take on regional classics. Every dish we tried was expertly executed and beautifully plated. Cafe Lota is a beautiful celebration of regional Indian flavours done right. Tried the Palak Patta Chaat, Banarasi Tamatar Chaat, Mahabaleshwari Corn Pattice, and the Himachali Thali (with Siddu), and every dish stood out with its authenticity and balance of flavours.The chaats were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly spiced, while the corn pattice was crisp and comforting. The Himachali thali was the highlight—simple, soulful, and true to its roots, with the Siddu being especially delightful. Finished the meal with a refreshing Kokum Sharbat, which was just perfect.Consistently good food, thoughtful presentation, and a calm, welcoming ambience make Cafe Lota a must-visit for anyone who appreciates traditional Indian cuisine served with finesse.
