We were here last year almost around this time- the food and the variety was pretty good. But now the varieties are super limited and the taste is really really mid (I'm being generous). The paneer gravy was just oil and chilli- and the paneer felt too weird and heavy to chew. V less vegetarian options esp Desserts. Pretty sad for the high prices and the hotel ratings No complaints on service though. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

We visited during the Kongunadu Virundhu food feast, so we mainly tried the non-vegetarian dishes. We did not try any of the vegetarian dishes. We started with the Kozhi Pallipalayam, which was quite average and lacked flavour. The Nethili 65 was also average—dry and without much taste. The Kozhi Rasam had a lot of oil and was disappointing. Erode Kari Kuzhambu was good, while the Prawn Thokku was average; the prawns seemed more like farm-grown prawns and did not have the taste of sea prawns. The salad was good. The grilled fish was not enjoyable as it had a noticeable fishy taste. Tandoori chicken was good, and the beef stir-fry was above average. The dessert felt like it was kept just for the sake of having a dessert, with nothing particularly impressive. The service was also average. Plates were not cleared on time, and we had to specifically request the staff to clear them. Overall, the food was quite inconsistent. A few dishes were good, but several were average or disappointing. Considering the ₹2,250 + GST price, we expected much better food quality and service. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not worth the price. Tried Cafe G Multi-cuisine Restaurant and really enjoyed the relaxed dining vibe. The pasta, grilled chicken, and veg starters were fresh, tasty, and well-presented. Nice ambience with quick service and a comfortable café-style setup. A good spot in Chennai for both veg and non-veg casual multi-cuisine meals. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
