recently visited this restaurant and ordered Paneer Kadhi and Paneer Stuffed Naan, and the taste was exceptional! The naan was crispy, The ambiance is great, and the staff is helpful. As a vegetarian, I always prefer eating and ordering from here. Hi, I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. No one offered water when we sat down. We ordered a Mexican sandwich, white sauce pasta, and cold coffee, but the server brought us a paneer sandwich instead. When we pointed out that it wasn't what we ordered, the staff insisted "yaha aise hi hota hai" – which felt dismissive and unprofessional. As customers, we expect to get what we order and at least be heard respectfully. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving customer service and communication. We love eating out and would like to have a better experience next time. Thank you. I was served unfresh items during my visit. The maska bun was very old and clearly not fresh at all. When I raised this with the staff, they simply offered to replace it but did not acknowledge or accept their mistake. Very disappointing experience — I expect better quality and honest service.
