The menu of International cuisine provides authentic dishes at this steakhouse. Downtown Cafe serves perfectly cooked mushrooms, philly cheesesteaks and steak salads. Tasty cold cheesecakes, creamy dessert and waffles are the tastiest dishes. A selection of great ice tea, frappes or chocolate shake is offered to visitors.

This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Many reviewers think that prices are good for what you receive. A decent place to hang out and watch live match screening. Our order consisted of cheese garlic bread, veg pasta, veg sizzler and veg pizza. The shakes are good especially American crunchy and cold milo. Overall it was a good experience but needs innovation in vegetarian options.

Downtown Cafe in Panampilly Nagar is a nice little cafe to hang out and enjoy with friends. The Western food experience on offer is quite delectable. Yes, it's Indianised but retains a lot of original flavours, hence quite good. Service is great with all staff being very courteous with a nice smile. The best part is, the staff knee the menu to make the right suggestions. Good value for money.

I recommend: Vegetable cheese bake, surf & turf and the white chocolate truffle.
I do not recommend: almond dates pastry. The almond and dates tastes were both missing and the base was crumbly.
