the AC were not working , no cooling at all. it got so difficult to have my lunch while seated there. Due to this we were not able to enjoy the cafe experience at all. we just finished our food quickly and just leftFood is okay and quantity is fine.

In mall of India they were so rude. I had an 11.00 meeting and reached there. Only to know that it opens at 12 even though all their pages online clearly say 11 am opening. I had phoned the day before to reserve a table and was told that it's no problem we will seat u by 11.10 The next day when I reach a rude guy informs me..no we are not open and u should have taken the name of the person who answered the phone. Anyhow I rescheduled my meeting and Cafe Delhi heights's LOSS was Big Chills Gain. We have a lovely meeting .. we were a table of 10. And now I am never going to Cafe Delhi Heights.. any place that prints wri g information online in this day and age cannot be trusted.
