We visited Pups and Cups to celebrate Cookie’s first birthday, and it was a fantastic experience! They made the celebration truly special. The café is well-lit with a great ambiance and has a thoughtfully designed space, including separate play areas for big and small dogs, a swimming pool, a spa & grooming section, and a pet shop. There’s even a projector for entertainment, adding to the lively atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring both pets and their humans had a great time. The staff was polite and considerate, making sure all dogs were comfortable. It’s a must-visit for pet parents looking for a fun and relaxing outing!

Good place for pet/dog lovers and who love to have a nice and quiet cafe experience along with their pets. If you are coming without pets then I recommend to visit on Saturdays and Sundays at morning/afternoon as people prefer to come at that time along with their pets. They have a cover charge of 299/- per person means to have to have that much amount of food order. Note: I didn't like is that they charge 10% service charge extra. This should be removed.

Thank you for your valuable feedback sir! Just to clarify we have a cover charge policy of 299/- per human that is covered on all the food bills and grooming bills. And also the service charge is optional and you could have asked us to remove from the bill and we would have obliged. Thank you for visiting us
