I had a really disappointing experience at CCD. When I arrived, no one came to take my order, so I went up to the counter myself. The staff member there refused to take my order, saying I had to wait 10 minutes while he prepared other customers’ food and drinks first, and only after they paid could he take my order. I understand being busy, but completely refusing to even take an order is not acceptable. There was only one staff member handling everything, which made the situation worse. The service felt unorganized and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when visiting a café. Price per person: ₹1–200

Cafe Coffee Day New Sunny Enclave Kharar, They have both indoor and outdoor sitting. Ambience is really good. We ordered cappuccino coffee along with cookies. Coffee was served in disposal takeaway glasses. Coffee was hot, taste was fine. It was not that strong as it should be. Cookies were tasty. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Recommended place.
