I am very disappointed with the service I received. My order, consisting of only four coffees, took over 30 minutes to prepare. During this time, only one staff member was present, and they appeared to be engaged in conversation with either a customer or a friend. When I inquired about my order after 15 minutes, I was informed it would take an additional 10 minutes. Upon receiving the order, two of the hot coffees were cold. I urge CCD management to consider the capacity of their staff when accepting orders, as this experience resulted in a cost of approximately 1300 rupees for unsatisfactory products. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

Cafe Coffee Day New Sunny Enclave Kharar, They have both indoor and outdoor sitting. Ambience is really good. We ordered cappuccino coffee along with cookies. Coffee was served in disposal takeaway glasses. Coffee was hot, taste was fine. It was not that strong as it should be. Cookies were tasty. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Recommended place.
