We were a group of 5 and ordered Flat white Coffee Venti size, Frappe and some cookies. On requesting extra ceramic mug Sukhwinder from staff bluntly and arrogantly said we don’t have mugs and behaved very rudely with us and was very unapologetic for his behaviour, all other staff members were sorry for his conduct but he did not even have the etiquette to how to behave. On confronting he left the counter and went inside their staff area and returned only after we left the place. @stabucksindia this kind of staff will ruin the name and fame.
