Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) - A Disappointing Experience I recently visited this CCD outlet and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing across several key areas, making it hard to recommend. Atmosphere and Comfort (1/5): The physical layout of the shop is a major issue. Inside, the space is cramped, featuring very short and tightly connected tables and chairs that offer no privacy or comfort. Furthermore, the overall ambiance is quite dull and unwelcoming. The experience was negatively compounded by the outside area being empty and constantly seeing individuals approaching customers to ask for money, which made sitting outside impossible and overall felt unsafe. Quality and Value (2/5): The coffee itself was subpar and did not meet basic expectations for a recognized coffee chain. Coupled with this lack of quality, the drinks were highly priced, representing extremely poor value for money. Verdict: Due to the cramped, dull environment, the intrusive outside atmosphere, and the poor quality, highly-priced coffee, I cannot recommend this particular CCD outlet. No washroom facility when I visited. They need to fix it asap.
