Had a disappointing experience at CCD. Ordered just 2 coffees, 1 croissant, and a single garlic bread the bill came to around ₹1200, which felt quite overpriced compared to other better cafés. They had mentioned potato chips as part of the order, but we didn’t receive that initially. Only when we asked, they gave it to us. Later, I ordered a paneer burger priced at ₹360, which was also mentioned to be served with chips and dips but again, they didn’t provide the chips until we pointed it out. Overall, the service was not attentive, and the pricing doesn’t match the quality or quantity offered. Not a value-for-money experience. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Visited this Cafe Coffee Day at Viman Nagar (Sakore Nagar) today around 9:15 PM. Google Maps and the store board mention closing time as 11 PM, but the staff had already shut down. We were in an emergency and requested access to the washroom for my wife, but they rudely denied it, even in such a serious situation. Extremely disappointing and inhumane behavior from the staff. Please update the correct timings and train staff to be more empathetic during emergencies. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
