The place in inside Hotel somewhat difficult to find. Food: Nothing special. Lost the charm of the good old days of CCD. The filling in the sandwich and burgers have come down. Atmosphere: Good for chilling with coffee and working. Have decent wifi. Coffee: still one of the best coffees in town. I still adore the flavour much better than Starbucks. Did a biggest mistake of visiting this outlet with my parents who are senior citizens,before ordering 3 cups of cappuccino I thought of trying a cup of that, it was 50 percent froth and 50 percent coffee,its sheer waste of money,cleanliness was nowhere, and hostess was very rude and kept on insisting me to buy some more cookies and stale sandwiches, very disappointing!! Cafe Coffee Day - Viva Inn is a nice stop for a coffee break, especially if you’re traveling via the bypass highway (chandani chowk). The place is clean, calm and well-maintained, with comfortable seating. I ordered an Americano and croissants — both were fresh and served well. The coffee was smooth and the croissants were light and flaky. Coffee quality is consistent, snacks are decent, and service is smooth. Overall, a reliable CCD outlet to relax, work briefly, or take a quick break.
