This outlet is below standard in service responsiveness. The staff insists on serving coffee only in paper cups unlike at other CCD outlets where glass cups are served. Upon further requesting the staff replies inconsistent reasons of having a time limit upto 7pm to serve in glass cups. The fact is event at 5pm they aren’t serving in glass cup.
