*VERY POOR SERVICE* 1.They even didn't give bill for the order. According to CCD policy, "If you don't get bill, the treat is on us".. This is written on the billing desk itself.. We already paid the amount, and staff said the bill couldn't be generated. 2. After that we got very our Cappuccinos too late and that too one of them wasn't well made. When asked for replacement, they gave the same cappuccino (adding one more shot of espresso) with spoon in it.. That was very unprofessional. 3. When compared to other CCD outlets in Kerala, this one was a horrible experience. 4. Unhygienic service from staff and restroom area was also not clean. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

Dear Team, I visited your Café Coffee Day outlet in Palakkad and had an extremely disappointing experience with your staff. They refused to accept cash payment, insisting on online payment only. Despite cash being legal tender, they denied me service and did not provide the product I ordered. The staff were also incredibly rude and dismissive during the interaction. This behavior is unacceptable and not what I expect from a reputed brand like CCD. Please look into this matter seriously and provide a formal clarification regarding your payment policies.
