this cake is one of my favourite cake The German Chocolate Cake from JustBake is an absolute delight for chocolate lovers. We have been a regular customer at Bangalore and expected a good customer experience when we went to the palakkad outlet. However the unprofessional behaviour of the staff in particular the lady who manages the cash and handles customers. When we spoke to her about her unprofessional approach she behaved as if customer experience is something she isn't bothered about and was like pls give a review I am least interested. So I decided to post a review. I strongly believe that when we buy a product how it is delivered and what is our experience when we buy it really matters. So if you are looking for professional behavior then pls don't go to Just bake palakkad.
