Disappointing experience! Ordered vancho cake for my son's 3rd birthday, but it was old and didn't taste like vanilla and chocolate at all, Custom design was a plain cake with few decorations. Delayed delivery and poor customer service. Not recommended for custom cakes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today, we ordered a half-kg butterscotch cake from Just Bakes, Palakkad, and I requested it to be delivered to my address. I specifically asked for the cake to be delivered by 3:00 PM, and I had informed all my friends to gather at that time for the cake-cutting. My friends and I started waiting from 2:45 PM, but the cake was only delivered after 3:30 PM. While the delay was disappointing, what was even worse was the condition of the cake. It had melted and was leaking water, which completely ruined the experience. I paid ₹150 just for the delivery charge, but the service was truly pathetic. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We have been a regular customer at Bangalore and expected a good customer experience when we went to the palakkad outlet. However the unprofessional behaviour of the staff in particular the lady who manages the cash and handles customers. When we spoke to her about her unprofessional approach she behaved as if customer experience is something she isn't bothered about and was like pls give a review I am least interested. So I decided to post a review. I strongly believe that when we buy a product how it is delivered and what is our experience when we buy it really matters. So if you are looking for professional behavior then pls don't go to Just bake palakkad.
