Not only should Worlds of Wonder be visited, but also Café Coffee Day. It's worth coming to this cafe because of tasty sandwiches. Ordering perfectly cooked biscuits is a pleasant experience here. Delicious cappuccino is the right choice.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop — and that’s saying something. On April 5th around 5 PM, I visited the CCD outlet at GIP Mall and ordered a cold coffee with no sugar. The staff assured me it could be made accordingly. Instead, I was handed a sweet-tasting drink. When I returned it, calmly pointing out the issue, I was met with immediate arrogance and defensiveness. They insisted no sugar was added — only a premix — and when I questioned if that premix contains sugar, they told me I should have asked that beforehand. Then they claimed, “This is how cold coffee is made everywhere,” which is simply not true — certainly not at places like Starbucks where no sugar means no sugar. Rather than listening, they chose to talk down to me, shift blame, and make me feel like I was the problem. The entire exchange was aggressive and deeply uncomfortable. I felt ganged up on by all male staff and dismissed, all over a basic request. No apology and no refund. I walked away without taking a sip, angry and shaken by how I was treated. If CCD management cares even remotely about customer experience, they seriously need to review the staff working at this outlet. No customer deserves to be spoken to or treated like this over something so simple. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400

Very bad behaviour by staff. We had ordered some items from CCD GIP Noida. As we like to order more items before our previous order was served, the staff denied our order by saying that we can't take order less than Rs 665. If CCD has such policies that they dont take order below Rs.665 then they should put it on their boards. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
