I have visited this branch three times, and each time they fail to provide a proper bill, citing ‘internet issues’ as the reason. It’s the same excuse every time. When I insist on getting a bill, they only offer a handwritten one. This seems suspicious, and I believe the Income Tax Department should investigate.
