Dear Cafe Coffee Day Management, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced during my recent visit to your outlet at EE-4, Salt Lake, Sector - 2, Near Tank No 10, Salt Lake City, Kolkata, West Bengal. on 10/10/2024 at 4:15AM. I ordered an espresso, but I was not served water alongside it, which is typically a standard practice in coffee establishments. As a frequent customer, I believe that serving water with an espresso enhances the overall coffee-drinking experience and is a basic part of hospitality. This oversight left me somewhat disappointed. When I asked for the same, your staff replied that water is not served by them at table.I hope you will consider this feedback to improve the service experience for your customers in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
