I entered one of your staff came and asked me to download the CCD APP however I was really tired hence I asked her that I dont want to and I will order at the counter. I went at the counter and she was forcing me to download the same. She told that IT WAS THE INFORMATION FROM THE COMPANY I.e., CCD, THAT SHE IS PASSING ONTO THE CUSTOMER. Really ? CCD WANTS TO FORCE THE CUSTOMER TO DOWNLOAD THE APP OTHERWISE THEY WONT BE ABLE TO HAVE A COFFEE AT CCD ? What if a Person have a Keypad phone. Atlast after arguing with me she agreed to print it on the counter however she simply printed the bill without asking me for my mobile number ? There is something fishy going on in this branch 1- why are numbers not taken ? Cashier can take the points of every customer and redeem the points for one of the customer and take the cash in her pocket ? 2- why are the customers getting forced to download the app ? Disgusting experience. WILL SURELY TAKE IT TO CULINSUMER FORUM. As per the bill THE STAFF NAME IS SANCHAITA OJHA. I have already emailed on the feedback email with the BILL copy as well. Places like these is the reason cafe coffee day is irrelevant and dying now. They don't have anything and there's a policy they have where "we don't allow buying just 1 item". I hope this place closes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400
