I visited this outlet today with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing. The service was noticeably delayed, and one of the staff members was quite rude, which made the visit less enjoyable. The ambiance and location were decent, but the overall service left much to be desired. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to improve customer service.

Staff behaviour was horrible. This outlet was one of the oldest with tons of reviews...so I had better expectations in terms of service... Ordered 3 coffees and all of them were pretty good but the overall experience because of rude behaviour of the staff turned me off...Even the interiors were not well maintained. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our very own good old café Coffee Day. It still makes me nostalgic about the sizzling Brownie that I used to have way back in time. So, that love for sizzling Brownie has never left, and time and again I end up visiting CCD for that. Over the time, the price has increased and the size of the Brownie has decreased. So, I'm here just for the love of it.. Haha.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
