Charging 25 rupees for add on chips and serving a 10 rupees chip instead of giving adequate amount and try to defend it by saying it is appropriate amount.. You are a big thief buddy. Another thing.. they did not provide complimentary cookies with assam or Darjeeling tea during serving the order. You have ask for it then they will serve it and will say that they forget to serve as there was rush ( if the cafe is empty they always make this as an excuse). As a frequent visitor I know with assam or Darjeeling tea you will get complimentary cookies, but the unware customer will be bluffed by them and they will sell this cookies as ala-catre and make money.. Lastly they will justify them and shout by saying that Etukui provide kori amra.. er cookies ta dite vule jetei pari.. CCD please don make money by doing this.. Be ashmed guys..Your service provider should be little educated and polite.. Specially Mr. Abinash.. Attaching the picture of 25 rupees add on chips.. Very poor service. Tea is supposed to come in a pot (Darjeeling tea), but they served it in a cup. The biscuit that usually accompanies it was provided only when we asked for it. Considering that their prices are now on par with Starbucks, the service is exceedingly poor. It seems they are merely cashing in on their former reputation. Not worth visiting nowadays. It used to be a very good place , but service is decorating day by day. CCD Management,.. correct this before it's too late and you lose your regular customers . The staff at the counter did not allow me to sit and drink coffee claiming it was rush hour and insisted me to get a " Take away order ", however there were several places to sit. Please do not go to this branch of coffee day! Cafe Coffee day management please look into this, thank you! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
