Veg thali combo is delicious though slightly costly. The quantity of food is sufficient for the average person. Located at Nagerbazar more at just the meeting point of Dumdum road and VIP road. Overall a neat and clean restaurant with tasty food.

First 4 out of 5 items we planned was not available.. they recommended some alternatives, for almost all the items.. Service was pathetic, didn't even serve spoons, they came back with 1 spoon when we asked for some.. crab smelled saucy, rest food was okayish.. diamond fish fry was great.. Aahare Bengali, located at Nagerbazar More, offers a delightful experience for those seeking Bengali cuisine. The ambiance is beautiful, creating a perfect setting for a family lunch or dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food itself is the star of the show. We didn't try the famed thalis on this visit, but everything we ordered was delicious. While the portion sizes could be a bit more generous for the price, the quality of the food definitely makes up for it. Overall, Aahare Bengali is a great option for anyone wanting a taste of Bengal.
