I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day, near Zoo Tiniali and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Not only was the service slow and unresponsive, but I was also charged extra for a product that I didn't even want. When I brought it up with the staff, they were dismissive and unapologetic, making me feel like my concerns didn't matter. To make matters worse, the food I ordered was undercooked and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. When I tried to return it, I was met with resistance from the staff and was told that it was "just how it's made." Overall, my experience at Cafe Coffee Day was extremely disappointing and left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone, as the poor service, overcharging, and subpar food quality are not worth the price. There are plenty of other cafes in the area that offer better service and higher-quality products. P.S. Definitely check your receipts as they try to charge for unwanted items from the menu.
