I had ordered a garlic bread with cheese in the vr mall branch yesterday(19th). The cheese tasted like rubber it was horrible to eat. My latte was filled with foam. I am very disappointed, I trusted cafe coffee day for itz reputation over decades. And pls fix the oven the staffs seemed to have trouble with it. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Pathetic service by Vignesh at VR Mall coffee day...it's as if he doesn't want customers to come or buy anything....first I was told to pay in cash or gpay saying the credit card will take time and then when I insisted only card it got ready in no time then when I ordered the sizzling brownie with ice cream, I was told it would take 10 minutes as it had never taken that long ...all it takes is the ready made brownie to be kept in the sizzler plate and top it with an icecream... He took the order and started wandering around here and there ....ccd was always my favourite spot but if this is service it's going to continue then people might soon move out to competition like star bucks etc...
