I love Starbucks iced americano and the Aroma the taste is superb. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very cool , calm & pleasant. I love spending time in starbucks whenever I go Shopping and relax. The female staff is especially friendly & hospitality given by them is top notch . Visited this place for the first time after seeing an ad that featured their Indian Ice Cold Coffee priced at ₹150. The ad looked super tempting, so I was quite excited to check it out. The café has a lovely ambience with some eye-catching artwork, which sets a really nice vibe. But when I got billed, I was surprised to see the total come up to ₹236 after taxes — almost double the amount I expected. It would’ve been much better if they had clearly mentioned “+ GST” or “excluding taxes” in the ad, especially since it was displayed right on the entrance door. The drink came in a regular-sized cup, so the price felt a bit steep at first. That said, the taste was actually pretty good and refreshing, so I wasn’t entirely disappointed. Just a suggestion — it would really help customers if the pricing was made clearer in the promotion itself. Transparency always builds better trust!
