I recently dined at this establishment and sampled their Veg Thali, Deluxe Thali, and Pav Bhaji. While the taste of the food was generally good, the Pav Bhaji fell short of expectations. The service, although attentive, could be improved upon. Notably, the difference between the Veg Thali and Deluxe Thali seemed to be limited to the addition of sweet and rice in the latter. Overall, I had a good experience, but would like to suggest improvements in the service quality. It's also worth mentioning that they accept only cash payments. Cafe Bharat is beyond just a regular reatauant, it's an institution, a legacy. Located right outside the Churchgate station and beneath the Indian Merchant Chambers building, it could not be more conveniently located. The restaurant is spacious, clean and airy. Their all vegetarian fare is fresh, delicious, healthy and very fairly prices. Please have their Thali, Misal, wada Sambar, dosa, kachori - they are all super stars of the menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Recommended dishes: Misal Pav, Veg Thali with Puris, Sambar, Mumbai Vada Pav Vegetarian options: All vegetarian
