Had gone for lunch for family celebration, they had a cover charge for 1000 per person, but the service by the staff was really disappointing, no one was bothered for the customers. The food we ordered was lying in a corner for 10 minutes no one even bothered to serve. We had to remind them twice before they served.Staff is completely clueless about how to serve the guests. Just making money of brand name of Della thats it.Will never recommend to anyone even if you are in house guest.Pathetic service. Its 5 star just for name sake

Based on Zomato, I visited Cafe 24 and we thought to order food based on al carte but Mr Ravat said you have to pay cover charges of around 2800 which was not at all written on Zomato. Mr Rawat said we have already told Zomato to list cover charges but Zomato did not update the cover charges. I don't know who is at fault but our experience got ruined because of the poor management
