Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback, and we apologise for the experience you faced with your food order with and we assure it was nothing intentional. We remember speaking to you on call and we can assure you the dhoklas were cooked in the same evening and not previously. The reason they turned hard was because it was our team's mistake as there was slight measurement fumble in the raw material mixing before steaming.
