We had our breakfast and buffet dinner at this restaurant during our recent stay at Taj Chandigarh. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet spread were elaborate with live egg, dosa and tea preparations counters at breakfast. Live pasta, chat counters at dinner. Elaborate dinner spread included choices of soups, salads, chats, Indian, continental and Oriental cuisines. Varieties if bread w are served at the table. The real show stopper was the dessert counter with varieties of pudding, mousse, pastries, kheer, cream bulle and Indian sweets. Preparations and presentations both are above par.
