I tried city kulcha many times at this place, it is spicy but have good taste.But from last visit they are trying not to take order of citi kulcha.But today I call the owner regarding this, then they prepare 2 citiy kulcha,Now they filled much extra green chilli. Although one kulcha is good, but in another one they have filled much chilly alongiwth red chilli on outer side to show that this is actually spicy.As I already said I had ordered citi kulcha many time and it was spicy and chilli taste.But today they have make it as a revenge of call the call I made to the owner.It is not a good manner of serving dishes to the customer.If you have to make extra effort to made city kulcha then remove it from the menu.Why you denied for the order and in case the customer force you to order the dame by calling the owner you are raking the revenge by putting extra red chilli on the kulcha.

Visited on 28.09.2025 with wife. Found running in Unhygienic conditions, parked vehicle. 5-6 blue plastic drums were lying besides dhaba for used plates etc, were full of bad smell. Shown to person managing counter. He agreed. Horrible!!!! Though food was tasty. They have another booth besides Ch Exp - making Chanas in big Kadae, which was very dirty from both outside/inside, place was being used as godown, totally filthy conditions, nobody wore gloves, apprehensions of customer may fell ill on consuming in such worst conditions, full encroachment in parking area giving very bad impression of much hyped concept of “City Beautiful” seems hands in glove. Authorities. Should conduct surprise checking, especially on Sunday & shoul stop bad practices. Bill was not given, evasion (though no clear proof) must be checked. We are from Amritsar basically. And we were in search of Real Amritsari Kulcha just like every other Ambarsaria... So finally after few years we found one here at Brothers Amritsari Kulcha hub chandigarh. Good taste ....that's why the crowd also... Keep it up. Keep the real taste.
