ok ish to worst food ,very very rude behaviour, I ordered a shawarma ,it was delivered burnt ,with heavy smokey smell and completely inedible,when I reported ️ about it to the restaurent they said it was suppose to be that way and took a lesson on how a shawarma is made and how was that burnt crisp was part of the dish ,he began to act as if It was my mistake to report on this incident ️then I had to calm him down by saying that I only wanted to report this to make sure that the food should not be prepared thiss burnt as it might cause any problem to whoever eating it, then bro just became a mbbs doctor and taught me how an actual burnt crisp piece of a chicken would not affect anybody who consumes it , thank you for this unforgettable experience ps : I reported it to zomato,via which i placed the ordered and received like 100rs coupon ,but it was neva bout the money fam I wanted to report this restaurent and asked the agent to contact the restaurent, when the agent reached them about this issue and they denied it so iam posting this here ,, you just lost a day one customer.
