Usually , we hold KFC upto a standard , and i completely understand that sometimes people are understaffed. Bearing that in mind , I still had to shed light on this . We asked the staff to check if they could clean the tables given the high crowd flow. They said they'll get to it but no go . The floor was littered with crumbs and bones . To which , we were met with a "Apdi thaan irukum " (that's how it'll be ) , when we enquired if they could clean it . Please do better , we love eating here and every visit like this is ruining it for everyone. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 2

They just make branding for "7 mins u can pickup" I have been waiting for 40mins and they ask me 5 more to serve me. The person who works does not patience to talk with customers. Worst branch of Kfc I have ever visited Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit to your cudalore outlet. I waited over 1 hour for 2 pieces of chicken, which was unacceptable. The dine-in area was not cleaned properly, and the staff were rude and unfriendly. The service was extremely poor, and it seems like the staff were not trained to handle customers properly. Given the consistent lack of service and cleanliness, I think it's best to consider closing this outlet or retraining the staff. This is a very worst experience I've had at KFC, and I hope you take immediate acion Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
