Usually , we hold KFC upto a standard , and i completely understand that sometimes people are understaffed. Bearing that in mind , I still had to shed light on this . We asked the staff to check if they could clean the tables given the high crowd flow. They said they'll get to it but no go . The floor was littered with crumbs and bones . To which , we were met with a "Apdi thaan irukum " (that's how it'll be ) , when we enquired if they could clean it . Please do better , we love eating here and every visit like this is ruining it for everyone. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 2

They just make branding for "7 mins u can pickup" I have been waiting for 40mins and they ask me 5 more to serve me. The person who works does not patience to talk with customers.
