The overall experience was terrible. The food quality was very bad — the dishes were oily, tasteless, and seemed far from fresh. Nothing had the flavor or standard you would expect from a Punjabi dhaba. On top of that, the prices were shockingly high considering the poor quality and small portions. It felt like we were paying premium rates for substandard food. Definitely not worth the money. To make matters worse, we came specifically wanting to try their biryani and shawarma, as these are common and expected items in many dhabas. But both were unavailable — no explanation, no alternatives, just a simple “not available” from the staff. Why list items on the menu if you’re not even serving them? Overall, the experience was frustrating — bad food, high prices, and poor menu availability. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or decent service in Pondicherry.
