Absolutely Horrified. We’ve been ordering from Chulbul Dhaba for a long time, but today was the last straw. We found a dead cockroach stuck right on top of the paratha—visible the second we opened the foil. It wasn’t buried inside or hidden—just sitting there in plain sight, like it belonged. What’s even more shocking is the carelessness—whoever packed this clearly saw it and still wrapped it up. Zero hygiene, zero accountability, zero basic food safety. We had ordered multiple items but couldn’t bring ourselves to eat anything after that. All of it went straight into the bin. A cockroach in your food isn’t just gross, it’s a serious health hazard. To make matters worse, Zomato was completely dismissive. Despite sharing clear video evidence, images, and explaining the situation multiple times, their response was cold and casual—"nothing out of line." Unacceptable. Between Chulbul’s negligence and Zomato’s apathy, this entire experience was disgusting and infuriating. Never again. And if you value your health, neither should you. The food is really really good specially the BBQ chicken if you love spicy food this place would never disappoint you. The service is the best I have seen so far everything is on time and quick. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹400–600
