If there would have been a star lesser than 1 I would have given this hotel a negative one. I visited this place with my family for lunch, we were group of 8 members. I went to the washroom and it was extremely stinky with poop over english seat. That was a horrible scene. I immediately rushed out and complained about it at the reception. After such experience also we ordered food thinking that it maybe a mistake As soon as the starters were served to us my cousin took a piece of paneer tikka and there was a cockeoch inside paneer. .. that was horrible. We immediately reported it to the only waiter serving there. He said i will change it. We wanted to check their kitchen so my husband try to went inside but waiter forcefully closed the door saying you are not allowed. As we were able to see a bit inside their kitchen, kitchen is extremely dirty with no hygiene .. one could vomit only after looking at it. Food authorities must immediately cancel license of such pathetic restaurants. Service: 1
