Great place for relaxation. Ambience is cozy. They have a boutique inside, collections are great though it was expensive. We ordered luchi with aloor dom. Luchi was fluffy and soft.

I was at Byloom Canteen with a friend today from 3.15 to 6.20p.m.My bill No.is CN001218.For the 1st 15 mins no one attended.Not even water in this sweltering heat.No fixed food menu,with most items crossed & slated for weekends.Food arrived half an hour later ,awful quality & quantitywise.Paid by Debit Card & left.Since I'm such a frequenter,I just paid Rs.735 billed( Table no.001)& left.Having had 2fish fries & 2 glasses of Fr.Lime & Cocon Water,a plate of Loochi 0 Alur Dom was added ( price Rs.160),which I noticed after I returned home.No reply after I rang up umpteen times.Now I understand why BYLOOMhas already started losing dedicated frequenters.That this swindling has been deliberate is now established as I was not even given a Txn slip.The pymt in the bill has bn noted as CASH,when I had paid by card.I plan to report the matter to the Gariahat Police Station & also to the GST authority at the earliest.Beware ,folks !
