I’ve been a regular customer at Buttercupp - A Cupcake Shoppe for quite some time, and their cupcakes, cheesecakes, and other desserts are truly amazing. The taste, quality, and presentation are always top-notch — every product feels fresh and made with care. However, I’ve always felt that the owner (the girl) and her father are not very welcoming. Their behavior often comes across as a bit cold or disinterested, which takes away from the overall experience. A friendly smile or a warmer attitude goes a long way in making customers feel valued. I’m sharing this only because the products are genuinely excellent, and with a little more customer-friendliness, this place could easily be one of the best dessert spots around.
