Mind blowing. Can’t believe the quality is so good. I can’t say anything about future if they maintain the same quality but it is really the OG in terms of quality at reasonable price. Thank you. I’ve been a very loyal customer of Burgrill for quite some time. I started ordering when I began gymming because I felt your offerings were healthy and reasonably okay. I’ve had a few concerns in the past as well, but they were always handled professionally by other Burgrill outlets, which kept me coming back. However, my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing and honestly quite shocking. The chicken I received in my order was completely stale. It had a very strong, unpleasant smell that clearly indicated it wasn’t fresh. I immediately called the outlet, expecting the issue to be addressed like before. But this time, the response was far from professional. I spoke to a person named Govind, and his attitude was completely indifferent ( all under owners supervision). Despite having placed over 50 orders with this same outlet, there was no effort to listen or resolve the concern. All he said was, “This is what we have, this is what we give.” I told him this could cost Burgrill a loyal customer, and requested that someone at least check the food to verify my claim. His reply was vague, saying they might look into it after the outlet shuts. But as expected, there was no follow-up, no apology, no concern. I’m honestly shocked at how casually this was handled. It’s not just about one bad order. It’s about how a serious concern from a loyal customer was completely ignored. If this is the kind of food and service being offered, it won’t just be me, you will lose many more customers. I never thought I’d have to write something like this, but I truly feel let down. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because Burgrill was a brand I trusted. Sadly, not anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered in and had the best cheat meal that I’ve had in a while! Their peri peri chicken burger and smokey bbq fries go so well together. It’s a combo to die for. I haven’t had a burger like this at any chain - their chicken coating is just different. It’s better! I highly recommend it.
