I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell today. I ordered a soft taco and a quesadilla, but while eating, I found a small pebble/marble inside my taco, which was shocking. I have also added a picture where you can clearly see the pebble. When I informed the staff, they didn’t handle it properly—no apology, no replacement, and no effort to call a manager. The response was very casual and unprofessional. This is a serious food safety issue along with poor customer service. Definitely not the experience I expected. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800

Had a great experience at Taco Bell, Sector 9 Panchkula. I tried the Protein Bowl (Mindful option) and the Hazelnut Cold Coffee, and both were excellent. The protein bowl was fresh, healthy, and very satisfying without feeling heavy. The hazelnut cold coffee was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The Great Value Meal truly lives up to its name — good portion and quality at a reasonable price. The staff was also very friendly, polite, and quick with service, which made the visit even more pleasant. Overall, a nice place for a quick and tasty meal in Panchkula. Would definitely visit again!
