Perfectly cooked burgers are nice to degust. The high ratings of this restaurant would be impossible without the cheerful staff. Prompt service is something that guests note in their reviews. Most of the time, the pretty atmosphere is to be found here. But Burger Space is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

We had a disappointing experience at Burger Space in the mall. We walked up to the counter and started going through the menu, trying to decide what to order. The staff member at the till clearly saw us looking at the menu and knew we were about to place an order. Just as we were ready to call him over, he received a phone call and, without even acknowledging us, walked off through the back door—presumably to take the call in the back office. We waited patiently, assuming he would return quickly and take our order. A few minutes later, he came back, and we were ready to order—but then he told us that nothing was ready and we would have to wait a long time. This could have been communicated much earlier, before he walked off or before we waited unnecessarily. It felt like our time wasn’t valued, and the whole interaction came off as unprofessional. When customers are present and ready to order, taking personal or internal calls and ignoring them doesn’t create a good impression. Sadly, we left feeling frustrated and won’t be returning.
