Had a very disappointing experience at Hilite McDonald's. The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive, and we eventually left without ordering. Customer service needs serious improvement. Reply to owner: Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the gesture, the issue wasn't just a minor inconvenience-it was a complete lack of attentiveness and basic courtesy from the staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to better training. I'll consider visiting again if there's noticeable improvement. Service: 1

Very bad experience.I visited McDonald's hilite mall calicut yesterday,the staff behaviour was very bad and rude.I received unfriendly service from this outlet @AMAL staffs are the main letdown, they don't know how to behave or how to handle a customer oversmart idiots,they think this is the only McDonald's in the world behaviour is like that. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an order for single cheese chicken burger. They asked me to come after 7-8 minutes. I returned after 15 minutes only to wait for another 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. They could either inform the waiting time prior or else give token that beeps. Very disappointing Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
