Subject: Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Customer Experience at Hilite Mall McDonald's, Calicut Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team / Manager, I am writing to formally bring to your attention a recent incident at your McDonald's store in Hilite Mall, Calicut, Kerala, which has caused significant disappointment and frustration. During my recent visit to the Mcdonalds store in Hilite Mall (Calicut, Kerala) on 27th October 2024 at 9.30 pm, I was charged a bill amount of ₹4000, whereas the actual bill was ₹1788. When I questioned the discrepancy, the staff member acknowledged the mistake. This is not the first time I have encountered such an issue; similar incidents have occurred twice before at this same location. What is particularly concerning is the aggressive behaviour exhibited by the staff member when I raised the matter. Upon questioning him about the repeated billing errors, he not only responded rudely but even stepped out from behind the counter in an apparent attempt to physically confront me. Given that I was there with my family, this behaviour was extremely unsettling and left my family members distressed. The entire incident was likely captured on CCTV, and I urge you to review the footage to verify the sequence of events. Following this altercation, I requested to speak with the store manager (Mr.Sriram K Crew ID:920020698) and reported the issue to him. I have been a loyal customer of McDonald's for the past twenty-four years, frequenting various countries and locations without issues. However, the repeated unpleasant experiences with this particular staff member at your Hilite Mall branch are simply unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly and ensure appropriate action is taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
