Absolutely loved my experience at Burger King! The food was delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. The burgers were juicy and perfectly prepared, the fries were crispy, and everything was served hot and fresh. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. A perfect place to enjoy a tasty meal with friends and family. Definitely coming back for more! We ordered 2 fries ,2 coke and 2 korean kimchi whopper not to mention the french fries were not properly cooked and the coke was too watery . We waited for an hour just to get this. When called they didn't take responsibility or apologize for the inconvenience caused Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1

Apparently the 'Your Order is Ready' display is 'automated'. Had an unpleasant time waiting an additional 5-10 minutes after the order was supposedly ready as per the displayed tokens. I was left without food or an explanation after giving my bill to pick up the order. After waiting a while, I made an enquiry of why my food is delayed. I was given an explanation that the displays that show details such as 'Order processing/ Food ready' is automated. Please change this system so as not to waste the customers time. PS The fact that you dont serve physical menus even upon requesting was an another waste of time It is cumbersome to look up prices of the various stuff on a kiosk. A simple menu beforehand could streamline the order process Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
