Visited Burger King at the Mall of Travancore and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the outlet. The counter area felt neglected, with unclean desk and litter around. What was most concerning, though, was seeing uncovered ice cream cones kept casually on the cash counter, exposed to dust and handling — a clear hygiene issue. For a brand like Burger King, this lack of basic cleanliness and food safety is unexpected and needs immediate attention.
