I ordered a 12-piece chicken bucket meal for takeaway from the KFC Mall of Travancore outlet at Trivandrum, but when I got home, there were only 11 pieces in the box. Quite disappointing, especially since I even double checked with the staff before leaving. To make matters worse, the phone number provided doesn’t even work, so there’s no way to raise a complaint directly. Makes me wonder if such deliberate mistakes are common at this outlet. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Ultimate Chicken Bucket

We ordered for an epic saver pack and the served as a meal just to save them. Smallest parts of chicken served in comparatively small box. 9 tiny pieces Customer service was also bad, just kept the food open for a while until the customer reach them after having a advance token in hand. Worst experience and not recommending Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
