I am not generalising or judging all KFC outlets this review is only based on my experience at the KFC branch in Mall of Travancore. During my visit, the counter staff was not very responsive. I also noticed that the staff member handling billing directly picked up the bun without wearing gloves, which was concerning from a hygiene point of view. There were only two lady staff members managing the counter, and the outlet was quite crowded at the time, so they may have been overwhelmed. I hope the management looks into staffing and hygiene practices to improve the customer experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
