Ordered a bucket of chicken from KFC at Mall of Travancore, and I got the tiniest pieces I’ve ever seen in a so-called ‘bucket.’ It’s clear they’re skimping on quality and ripping customers off. Don’t waste your money here, this place is all about stealing from customers. Yesterday ie 1 Feb i went with the friend to KFC MOT. I have ordered bucket combo woth almost 1k, gave my card for payment and informed her there is wifi in the card as she has chosen the pin option later i agreed with pin suddenly she says now u cant use card here !!Yes you heard right now u cant use card here she didnt even try and told me to pay as Gpay how says a customer to pay as gp when he has card and i told i dont have fund i gpay as my phn was not with me. Some how i got cash in my wallet which i gave and she told me to wait for 15 minutes i have waited for 25+ minute and went to ask suddenly the staff says to wait for another 5 minute and they were telling something together as if something went wrong there. No idea i had food and left the store. This is my first and last experience with KFC mot .thanks Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Hot and Crispy Chicken
