I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Burger King outlet, and today was the worst so far. We were told to order through the app, and after waiting over 20 minutes, the staff informed us that our Chicken Whopper wasn’t available. They offered a random replacement without even asking what we preferred. When the food finally came, the chicken wings were raw inside. That’s completely unsafe and unacceptable. The outlet was also understaffed and not clean, which seems to be a repeated issue. This isn’t just a one-off — it’s happened several times, and clearly, nothing has improved. Burger King management needs to look into this outlet seriously before more customers walk away disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
